Run the 2015 Virgin Money London Marathon for Rainbow Trust and raise money to help us support families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.

Please note, our Golden Bond places are currently full, but you can still enquire and go on our waiting list so we can let you know as soon as a place becomes available. Or alternatively, you could consider running the Brighton Marathon for Rainbow Trust.

With more than 35,000 runners taking part, the London Marathon raises over £40 million for charity each year, making it the largest single fundraising event in the world. It’s high on most runners’ ‘to do’ lists and it is widely recognised as the best marathon in the world.

Got a ballot place?

We would love you to join the Rainbow Trust Team for the 2015 London Marathon, there is no minimum sponsorship pledge for own place runners.

You will be running with the knowledge that you have raised money to help Rainbow Trust support families in need, when their world is turned upside down. Our dedicated Events Team will help you every step of the way with your fundraising, as well as with your training and preparation for race day.

Join our team for:

  • Professional marathon training sessions and inspirational fundraising advice
  • Loud cheering points along the route and a wonderful post-race reception
  • A bright Rainbow Trust running vest with letters to personalise it

The funds you raise as part of our Rainbow Trust Team will help us provide emotional and practical support to more families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.

“The entire experience will stay with me for the rest of my life. The support I received from Rainbow Trust was unrelenting and immeasurable, and I am still so grateful for it.”

Rosie, part of the 2013 Rainbow Trust Team.
